The COLORTEC Steps:

1. Metal Prep

Any rust or flaking is carefully and thoroughly removed by sand blasting and hand sanding the item as needed.

2. Hanging

Once prepped, the item will be hung on our facility wide guiding rail.

3. Washing

Through a pressure washing stage, all impeding oils and debris will be removed.

4. Drying

Next, the item will be fully dried in the first of two ovens.

5. Coating

Now that the item has been properly prepped and cleaned, one of our professionals will skillfully powder coat it.

6. Curing

Once completed, the item is cured in a 25 foot oven.

7. Cooling

Finally, the item is properly cooled down in a temperature controlled environment.
